Perhaps it is your shampoo and or conditioner? Using anything with 'all natural ingredients'? Perhaps that is what Bingo is after. Citrus.

This is interesting. I have a cat who likes sucking on my hair and she looks a lot like Bingo. Maybe it's just a black and white cat thing.
